Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. Any applicable charges will be requested by the courier at the time of delivery and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are beyond our control.
Delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume (such as Black Friday or the holiday season). We recommend placing orders well in advance.
Funky cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond its control.
Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt. All Funky packages are carefully sealed.
If the package appears to be tampered with or the original sealing tape is not intact, the customer must sign for the delivery with reservation or refuse the delivery. In the event of visible tampering, the customer must open a claim with the relevant courier and promptly contact Funky at info@funkysnowboards.com. If a package has been tampered with and the customer signs for delivery without reservation, the delivery will be considered accepted and any subsequent claims will not be accepted.
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Funky and agree to accept delivery of their order. If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect or incomplete phone number, recipient unavailable), or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Funky in Italy at the customer’s expense
The costs charged to the customer include shipping fees and any applicable customs duties. These amounts will be deducted from the refund due.
