RETURN POLICY

For purchases on funkysnowboards.com

The return and/or exchange of the product is possible within and no later than 20 days, starting from the date of delivery of the order.

Returns and Exchanges method

It is essential that products subject to an exchange or return are in new / unused conditions with original packaging and tags; otherwise, the exchange or return will not be possible. Only defective products can be returned after use or without tags. (For defective product returns, please refer to our warranty section).

It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items properly so that Funky receives them in perfect condition.

If the items are received in bad conditions, we will not be able to make the requested return.
You are required to cover all shipping costs in the event of returns and/or exchanges. Funky will not be responsible for lost or parcels delivered without identification.

Product change

To proceed with an exchange the customer has to contact info@funkysnowboards.com indicating the order number, the product to be replaced and the product with which to exchange (smaller size, larger large, other color, other article...) according to the availability displayed on the website.

The selected products must have an amount at least equal to what you return.

Once the return has been received, Funky will proceed to verify the integrity of the product, and if it does not present any defects, it will continue with the shipment of the replacement item to the original address.

Product return

To proceed with the return the customer is asked to contact info@funkysnowboards.com indicating the order number and the product to be returned.

Once the package has arrived at our office, our staff will proceed to verify the integrity of the product: if the right to a refund exists, Funky will continue with the refund through the payment platform used by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return.
